SoE Framework
SoE（Service of Empowerment / Service or Exploitation）は、 支援が本当にエンパワメントなのか、それとも構造的搾取なのかを監査するフレームワーク。
SoE (Service of Empowerment / Service or Exploitation) is an audit framework that examines whether a service truly empowers the individual — or structurally exploits them.
財務会計のメタファーを用い、社会が個人に押し付ける「見えない負債（飛ばし）」を可視化し、 強制修正仕訳によって本来の責任主体へ負債を戻す。 Hypnos Factor（構造的睡眠）、Anomie Factor（規範崩壊）、Hubris Factor（認知歪曲）の 三要因モデルで社会病理を診断する。
Using financial accounting as a metaphor, SoE reveals the "hidden liabilities" that society forces onto individuals, and reassigns them to the responsible structural actors through forced corrective entries. The framework diagnoses social pathology through three factors: Hypnos Factor (structural sleep), Anomie Factor (normative collapse), and Hubris Factor (cognitive distortion).

d-rel aims to create a space where people with disabilities, support workers, and researchers connect on equal footing. Rather than fixed roles of "helper" and "helped," this is a self-help community where we decode structures together and own our own ledgers.

障害者就労支援の現場で15年以上の実務経験を持つ研究者・実践家。 税務行政・IT・福祉の領域を横断し、10事業所の立ち上げと100名以上の支援に携わる。
現在、SoE（Service of Empowerment）フレームワークの研究開発と、 Input Constitutional AI（記録作成段階での権利保障AI）の構想を進めている。
A researcher and practitioner with over 15 years of hands-on experience in disability employment support. Cross-disciplinary background spanning tax administration, IT, and welfare — established 10 service facilities and supported over 100 individuals.
Currently developing the SoE (Service of Empowerment) framework and conceptualizing Input Constitutional AI — rights protection built into the record-creation process itself.
